Ever dreamed of living in a castle and eating all the chocolate you want? Who hasn't, right? What about a castle made from chocolate? The best of both worlds!
I've decided to post this up as my first Little Sweet Creation. It is a castle built from ground up with chocolate! I made this as part of the patisserie course I started 6 months ago. We spent a full day melting, piping, casting, cutting and molding chocolate into a castle. It was literally a finger licking good day! It even has its own Fairytale! Once upon a time...ok I won't go there but I'm sure you have your own story to tell.
